Position Overview:
This exciting role focuses on managing key operational areas, bringing vibrant energy to Hospitality, Guest Satisfaction, Safety, Cleanliness, Drink Presentation, and Atmosphere! As an integral part of the team, you will partner with the General Manager to ensure our operations shine and proudly reflect our company’s values.
You’ll play a vital role in working with vendors and suppliers, ensuring they receive fair compensation while meeting our business needs. Collaborating with the General Manager, you’ll help select and nurture our front-of-house and back-of-house staff, fostering a culture of growth and excellence in our restaurant.
Your leadership will empower hourly employees, especially those on the Front of the House, ensuring they thrive in their roles. You'll also assist with various business administration tasks, from payroll and human resources to marketing and financial reporting.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience in a complex & fast-paced environment
- Successfully completed food safety/sanitation training- Company provided!
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- General knowledge in full-service restaurant operations/hospitality industry
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Strong operational skills in a customer service & hospitality environment
