Jeff started his journey in 2002 as Heart of House Cook. Jeff was able to become a Training General Manager in Orlando, Florida by enjoying the fun and progress he has made in 2 decades!

Matthew began working as a staff member in 2005. He was then promoted to Kitchen, Kitchen Trainer, Store Opening, and is now a Training General Manager. He credits his success to taking ownership and taking interest in the company.

In 2009, Nate started as a Line Cook serving up the best food in town. Fast forward to today, he is now training to become a General Manager in Alcoa, Tennessee.

Scott began his career at Hooters in 2015 as a Bar Manager and rose to become a Training General Manager in Kissimmee, Florida. Scott was able to do this by keeping the environment fun and staying poised.
