Staff Accountant - Accounts Receivable & Treasury

Accountabilities

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all receivables to franchisees, vendors, or any designated internal recipients.

Responsibilities

• Invoice franchisees for royalty and all other required
• Ensure franchise sales are reported accurately and timely and load to internal database (Infohammer).
• Post deposits to Accounts Receivable accounts through the AR
• Process miscellaneous account billings and credits as needed or
• Initiate drafts associated with royalty and other franchise
• Distribute monthly international exchange rates, internally and to international franchisees.
• Reconcile related general ledger accounts to General Ledger.
• Deposit and book checks received in
• Liaison between Restaurant Operations and Armored Car providers. Assist in researching missing deposits, missed or additional pick-ups along with any other communication that might be needed between the two.
• Assist Treasury Manager with CPO Revenue management
• Assist with annual financial audit and FTI audit
• Perform ad-hoc related tasks, projects, or analysis as

• High level of knowledge in Microsoft Office Products; and applicable accounting/financial programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics/Great Plains software a plus.
