Local Marketing Manager - East Division

Overview: 

Executes, communicates, and coordinates all marketing programs within assigned division.  This field level marking position ensures execution of local, HOA specific and national marketing initiatives in their divisional restaurants. Work with local operations leadership to identify and capitalize on opportunities to efficiently increase dine-in sales, improve customer engagement and elevate the Hooters Girl image. Work to ensure clear communication between marketing and divisional field operators on in order to build traffic and drive sales.  Work closely with the Regional and Divisional leaders to ensure local marketing dollars are invested to build traffic and drive sales with a strong measured ROI. Work closely with ME3 agency partners to coordinate local activity and social media messaging. Manage responses to all regional charity request all while driving awareness and brand reach. Create and drive local market awareness around our dine in, to go, catering business to include networking, building relationships with corporate partners, resulting in building traffic and driving sales. Identify best practices and track metrics in order to maximize successful strategies.   

This position requires 25% travel among various states within this region: Carolina NE, Carolina NW, Carolina SW, DMV North, DMV South, Ohio, and Tennessee East.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a local community brand ambassador by proactively identifying target businesses, social organizations, etc in order to
  • build partnerships, drive traffic to local events at stores
  • Ensure internal brand marketing standards are communicated to stores for any event taking place inside the restaurant and
  • especially any event that involves Hooters Girls in the market, at external promotional events
  • Build and execute promotional tactics to convert the partnerships into new customers and/or drive visit frequency
  • Manage all inquiries for local store marketing / charity opportunities to drive traffic and develop relationships
  • Manage customer reviews / response process for local stores
  • Work closely with social media agency partners, VP of Digital Marketing and VP of Brand Marketing on brand social media
  • strategy with content provided from brand and create/source local content within brand guidelines
  • Implement and manage team of social media ambassadors to personalize and amplify national message with focus on local
  • content across Instagram and Facebook
  • Partner with DO’s, RM, and GM’s to ensure clear communication and coordination of event calendars for major national/local
  • programs 
  • Manage and track execution and success of the Corporate Card Program

 

 Qualifications:

  • Preferred bachelor degree in business, marketing or related subject
  • 5+ years’ experience in restaurant marketing
  • Experience analyzing restaurant sales data to build a marketing strategy and action plan
  • Experience building grassroots marketing plans that deliver a positive ROI
