Contract Junior Graphic Designer

- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager team and the Senior Director of Marketing to develop graphics for digital, print, and social media campaigns.
- Design branded materials, including menus, promotional flyers, in-store signage, and email templates.
- Support the marketing team with creative assets to support local marketing initiatives, including banners and promotional visuals.
- Adapt and resize creative assets for various platforms and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with the Marketing team, contributing creative ideas for upcoming campaigns.
- Assist in ensuring all designs align with the Hooters brand guidelines and overall creative strategy.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality designs on time.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or relevant experience).
- Experience: 1-2 years of graphic design experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment or with lifestyle/food and beverage brands.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
- Experience creating assets for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently manage multiple tasks.
